After working as an associate and partner at two well-respected law firms in Dallas and Tarrant County and handling hundreds of cases on both sides of the civil trial docket, Mr. Smith in 1996 formed The Todd Smith Law Firm - a civil litigation practice in Bedford, Texas. Mr. Smith has successfully represented many hundreds of injured Texans, families and clients in State and Federal Court since 1989. His firm is highly selective in the cases it accepts so that Mr. Smith can personally focus on every case and maintain a long tradition of quality legal representation. The firm is building a new law office on Airport Freeway in Bedford, Texas, which will be completed in 2006.
